Shopping in Try Hello Smile online shop

Try Hello Smile is an online shop that operates in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in the Republic of Serbia.

The Try HelloSmile Shop services are available on the tryhellosmile.com, hereinafter referred to as "Try Hello Smile Shop". Try Hello Smile Shop pages are for your private use free of charge, subject to the terms and conditions below.

By using the Try Hello Smile shop, you undertake to respect the terms and conditions below and you agree with them.

The supplier of the goods ordered is SMILEON TEETH DOO (hereinafter referred to as: "SMILEON TEETH DOO") using a network of courier services.

A Customer is deemed to be any person who registers and orders at least one product electronically, enters the required information making in that way an online purchase. All prices are expressed in Serbian dinars with VAT and are indicative only

To order products from the Try Hello Smile Shop offer, you need to follow the steps below:

Registration

To register for the Try Hello Smile shop, you must be at least 18 years old.

The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data entered during registration.

“SMILEON TEETH“ DOO undertakes to protect the privacy of all registered customers.

If there are any changes to the data entered during registration, please update your account in a timely manner or inform us of any changes by e-mail at reklamacije@thehellosmile.rs


Ordering goods

Products are ordered electronically. To start shopping, you need to click on the Buy button next to the desired product. The selected product will be added to your Shopping Cart.

To see the currently selected items you have chosen to purchase, click on the Shopping Cart option in the menu. When you are on this page, you can delete an item you do not wish to purchase or change the desired quantity.

When you wish to complete your purchase, click on the option in the Billing menu. This will open a page where you will need to enter your contact information so that we know where to deliver the items you have ordered.

Once you have entered all the information, click the Order button and your order will be complited and you will be transferred to the page where you enter your payment information.

“SMILEON TEETH“ DOO undertakes to deliver all ordered products that at the time of delivery are in stock of the shop from which the goods are delivered to the customer's address.


Payment

Payment is made by redirecting the customer to our payment card processor's web page, after the Billing page.


Protection of confidential transaction data

When you enter your payment card details, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a secure (encrypted) form using SSL protocol and PKI system, currently the cutting-edge encryption technology.

Data security during the purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire billing process is performed on the bank's web pages. At no time is payment card information available to our system.


Payment Conversion

All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia - Dinar (RSD).

The average exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used for the informative presentation of prices in other currencies.

The amount for which your payment card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency by conversion into your local currency at the exchange rate used by the credit card associations, which cannot be known to us at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price indicated in our web site. Thank you for your understanding.


Refund

In case of return of goods and return of funds to the Customer who has previously paid with one of the payment cards, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, TryHelloSmile.rs is obliged to return only using VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank, at the request of the Seller, will refund the funds to the card holder's account.


Delivery of goods

The ordered goods will be packed in such a way that they will not be damaged by usual handling during transport.

All orders shall be delivered to the Customer by the courier hired by “SMILEON TEETH“ DOO.

The Customer verifies the correctness of the order. The Customer is obliged to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to inform the courier immediately of any defects.

At time of delivery of ordered goods, the Customer is obliged to inspect any damage and to immediately report them to the carrier who delivered the goods , as well as to refuse to collect the delivered goods on which the damage is visible. If the Customer has subsequently noticed any damage to the goods and has not returned the goods to the courier, the Customer has the option of contacting us by e-mail at reklamacije@thehellosmile.rs that we can collect the goods by agreement with the Customer.

If the Customer refuses the order of wrongly delivered items, the courier at the moment of receipt must establish how such error occurred, by consulting with the Customer and calling the SMILEON TEETH customer center. “SMILEON TEETH“ DOO reserves the right to refuse delivery of the ordered goods if it identifies any violation of these conditions and rules advertised on the website.

If the mistake was caused by the Customer, the delivery cost will be borne by the Customer and the goods will be returned to the Try Hello Smile Shop. The shipping costs in case of return and replacement of the purchased goods will be borne by the Customer, unless the Customer receives a defective or wrong item, then the shipping costs will be borne by the Try Hello Smile Shop.

“SMILEON TEETH“ DOO is not liable for the manner and quality of service provided by the courier.

The courier undertakes to deliver orders in a professional and responsible manner in accordance with the rules of service and the General Terms and Conditions of the Try Hello Smile Shop e-commerce operation.

In the event of a delay in delivery due to the delivery vehicle breakdown or other objective or subjective reasons of the courier, the cost of delivery will be borne by the courier.

JA Customer can create more orders in a day.

If the Customer needs a special delivery time (e.g. for birthday or other event that starts at a specific time, so we have to adapt our delivery accordingly), please emphasize this in the notes so we can meet your need.
